Best for
- People who'd type on a tablet or phone as well as a computer. NuPhy lists Android and iOS as compatible, and it connects over Bluetooth 5.1.
- Tinkerers. The switches pull out without soldering, and the keys remap in QMK/VIA.
Skip if
- You need a number pad. A 60% layout leaves it off.
- You'd keep the backlight on all day and hate charging. NuPhy's own lights-on figure is 30 to 90 hours.

Prices change; check the one for the switch you want. NuPhy sells it in Ionic White, Lunar Gray and Basalt Black.
The box has two cables, a 1.5 m USB-C to USB-A and a 0.2 m USB-C to USB-C, so there's one for either kind of port. The layout is ANSI, the usual US arrangement.
NuPhy lists macOS, Windows, Linux, Android and iOS as compatible. The warranty is one year.
How do the Air60 V2's low-profile switches compare with regular ones?
NuPhy lists the switch type as Gateron Low-profile Mechanical (KS-33). It prints 3.2 mm of total travel for Aloe, Wisteria, Brown 2.0 and Blue 2.0, and 3.0 mm for Moss, each give or take 0.2 mm. A full-height mechanical switch typically travels about 4 mm, so each press here is a little shorter.
Force is how hard you press before a key registers, given in grams-force (gf). NuPhy rates Aloe at 37±15gf, Wisteria at 55±15gf and Moss at 60±15gf, and gives 55±15gf for Brown 2.0 and 65±15gf for Blue 2.0. Aloe is linear, smooth all the way down; Wisteria, Moss and Brown 2.0 are tactile, with a bump partway through the press; Blue 2.0 is clicky. The sockets are hot-swappable, and the box adds four spare switches and a puller. Low-profile switches don't fit full-height sockets, and low-profile types don't all fit each other, so match any spares to the KS-33 type.
How long does the battery last, and which connection should you use?
NuPhy's lab figure is up to 150 hours with every light off and 30 to 90 hours with every light on, from a 2500mAh battery.
Through the 2.4GHz receiver or the USB-C cable it reports to your computer 1000 times a second; over Bluetooth 5.1, 125 times. Polling rate is how often the keyboard tells the computer what you pressed, so for fast games use the receiver or the cable rather than Bluetooth. For typing, Bluetooth is plenty.
