Prices change; check the one for the colour you want. Soundcore sells it in Jet Black, Latte Cream, Sky Blue and Pink. Soundcore says the ear cups rotate and fold neatly for convenient storage, and it lists a Travel Pouch. Its user guide gives a charging time of 2 hours.
Its automatic play/pause, which Soundcore calls Wearing Detection, is turned off by default. Soundcore says to remove the dustproof sticker on the sensor hole inside the left earpad, then switch it on in the soundcore app.
How does the Space One's noise cancelling work, and can you let sound in?
Soundcore calls its cancelling Adaptive ANC, and says it reduces noise by up to 98%, tested by soundcore under laboratory conditions. Active cancelling uses microphones to pick up outside sound and plays an opposing signal to cancel it out.
Transparency mode works the other way, letting outside sound through on purpose so you can hear what's around you, and Soundcore lists 5 levels of adjustable transparency. For calls, it lists 3 Mics with AI Enhancement. There's more on how active cancelling and passive isolation differ in our guide: What “noise cancelling” actually means on a headphone box.
How does the Space One connect, and can you plug it in?
It connects over Bluetooth 5.3, and Soundcore lists AUX too, a wired audio connection for when you'd rather use a cable. On Android, Soundcore says Google Fast Pair brings up a pop-up to connect when the headphones are close to an Android 6.0 phone running Google Play services version 11.7 or higher. For calls on a computer, Soundcore gives the Bluetooth input and output settings to pick on Windows and macOS.
Inside are 40mm dynamic drivers, and Soundcore's user guide lists an impedance of 16 ohm. There's more on what driver size and impedance mean in our guide: What do headphone specs actually mean? Frequency response, impedance and driver size.
