Logitech M330 Silent Plus

Is the M330 Silent Plus right for you?
The M330 Silent Plus is a three-button wireless mouse that connects over 2.4 GHz and runs on a single AA battery.
Best for
- Anyone who'd like quieter clicks. Logitech says the clicks have been noise reduced with its SilentTouch Technology.
- Right-handers who'd like a shaped mouse rather than a symmetrical one. Logitech describes an asymmetric shape made for the right hand.
Skip if
- You want back and forward buttons. Logitech lists three: left click, right click and middle click.
- You want a mouse you recharge. Logitech lists it as running on 1 x AA, included.
Want to see it next to a keyboard and a headset? Try it on the QuickDesker board and build a whole desk setup around it.

Prices change, so check the current one before you buy. Logitech's product page lists the mouse, a USB receiver, one AA battery (already fitted) and user documentation in the box. Logitech says the receiver needs an available USB port, and lists Windows 10, 11 or later, macOS 11 or later, ChromeOS and Linux. Logitech's US product page lists a one-year limited hardware warranty.
Logitech's support specifications cover two models, M-R0051 and M-R0112, and some figures differ between them. They describe the wireless protocol as Logitech 2.4 GHz Wireless Technology (Unifying Ready) for M-R0051, and as Logitech non-Unifying protocol (2.4GHz) for M-R0112. Unifying is Logitech's system for pairing several compatible devices to one receiver.
What does Logitech list for the M330 Silent Plus's clicks, software and DPI?
Logitech's quiet-click claim, which it calls SilentTouch Technology, reaches past the buttons: it says the left and right clicks, middle click, scrolling and gliding have been noise reduced. There's a fuller look at what claims like that cover in our guide: Which Mice Have Silent Clicks, and What Do They Cover?
For software at release, the support specifications list Logitech Options for M-R0051 and No Software Needed for M-R0112.
On tracking, they give a single figure, 1000±, for both the minimum and maximum DPI.
How does the M330 Silent Plus fit your hand?
Logitech says the asymmetric shape is crafted to guide your right hand to a natural position. An asymmetric mouse is shaped around one hand, where a symmetrical one has matching sides.
Logitech's product page gives the height as 4.15 in (105.4 mm), the width as 2.67 in (67.9 mm) and the depth as 1.51 in (38.4 mm). The support specifications list 2.75 oz (78 g) with batteries for M-R0051, and 91.0 g (3.20 ounces) for M-R0112.
