Logitech's support specifications list the mouse, a Nano receiver, one AA battery (pre-installed) and user documentation in the box.
For compatibility, Logitech lists Windows 10, 11 or later, macOS 10.5 or later, Chrome OS and Linux Kernel 2.6+. Its product page lists a 3-year limited hardware warranty.

How long does the M325S's battery last?
Logitech quotes 18 months, and adds that battery life may vary based on user and computing. The power is a single alkaline AA, included and pre-installed, and Logitech lists it as removable and replaceable. So there's nothing to charge, but it's worth keeping a spare AA in the drawer. The link is 2.4 GHz wireless, through the Nano receiver in the box.
What can the M325S's buttons and wheel do?
Logitech's support specifications list five buttons and a tilt scroll function. A tilt wheel is a scroll wheel you can also push to the left or right. For software at release, the support specifications list Logi Options+ on Windows and macOS.
