What do the G203 LIGHTSYNC's DPI and report rate figures mean?
Logitech lists a tracking resolution of 200 to 8,000 DPI and a USB report rate of 1000Hz (1ms). DPI sets how far the cursor travels for each inch the mouse moves, so the low end moves it a short way and the high end sends it much further. The report rate, often called the polling rate, is how often the mouse reports its movement to the computer: 1000Hz means a thousand times a second, or once every millisecond. How those two numbers weigh against each other is covered in our guide DPI vs polling rate: which mouse number actually matters?
How many buttons can you program on the G203 LIGHTSYNC?
Logitech lists six buttons, and all six are programmable. A programmable button is one you can set to do something other than its default job, such as sending a shortcut. Logitech's download page for the mouse lists Logitech G HUB.
What do reviewers say?
