Prices change, so check the current one before you buy. JBL's box list includes a 3.5 mm audio cable and a Type-C to A cable with the Game / Chat Balance Dial, along with the detachable boom microphone, a windshield foam for it and a calibration microphone.
JBL lists a detachable cable and an audio cable length of 1.2 m.
How does the Quantum ONE's 3D audio work, and what does it need?
JBL says QuantumSPHERE 360 is powered by JBL QuantumENGINE, its PC software, and that it's only available on PC with USB connection. Head tracking keeps sounds fixed in place around you as you turn your head, instead of turning with you. JBL credits the calibration to the integrated head-tracking sensor and a microphone packed with the headset, and says the Quantum ONE is also equipped with DTS Headphone X: v2.0.
JBL also says QuantumENGINE allows for customization options and user profiles.

What does the Quantum ONE do about noise?
JBL lists Active Noise Cancelling and calls it tuned for gaming. Active noise cancelling uses microphones and an opposing sound signal to reduce steady background noise, such as a fan or an air conditioner's hum.
The microphone is a separate matter. JBL lists noise suppression and mute features for the detachable boom mic. Noise suppression on a mic shapes what your teammates hear; it doesn't quiet the room for you.
